The Senate hearing on Tuesday, January 28, comes amid controversy on the adolescent pregnancy prevention bill and comprehensive sexuality education (CSE).
Senate Deputy Minority Leader Risa Hontiveros recently filed a substitute bill following a viral campaign from a religious coalition that condemned CSE.
