Tropical Storm Enteng (Yagi), the Philippines’ fifth tropical cyclone for 2024, is threatening much of Luzon and Eastern Visayas with moderate to torrential rain.
Enteng is also enhancing the southwest monsoon or habagat — another major source of rainfall for parts of Luzon and the Visayas.
